Rick Spencer is the founder and Managing Consultant at ResultsQuest. In his role, Rick partners with organizational leaders and teams to close critical performance gaps in Safety, Quality, Sales, Throughput, Project Management, and more. By implementing industry leading Strategic Planning, Team Execution, and Performance Coaching solutions, Rick helps teams align, focus, and achieve their most important business results.

Rick has extensive experience working across a diverse set of industries, ranging from Manufacturing to Financial Services, and with industry-leading companies that include Nucor, American Express, Toyota, Frito-Lay, Walmart, Nestlé Purina, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Schneider Electric, and Teva Pharmaceuticals.

Rick earned his MBA and BA degrees from Brigham Young University and is a 27-year veteran of the FranklinCovey organization where he held executive-level assignments as VP Supply Chain, VP International Operations, and President of FranklinCovey Canada. 

Rick was one of the founding members of FranklinCovey’s Strategy Execution Practice and contributor to the best-selling book The 4 Disciplines of Execution.
